Pinnacle AV Solutions Terms of Trade
1. Quotes
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.Variations outside the quoted scope will incur additional charges.
2. Deposits
We may require a deposit prior to ordering materials or commencing work.
3. Payment Terms
Residential jobs: Upon completion unless otherwise agreedCommercial jobs: As per invoice terms (e.g. 7 or 14 days)
Late payments may incur interest and recovery costs.
4. Access
The client must provide safe and clear access to the work area. If unsafe conditions exist, we reserve the right to stop work.
5. Variations
Any changes requested after acceptance of quote may result in additional charges.
6. Warranties
12-month workmanship warrantyManufacturer warranties on supplied products
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
